Corn sticks

This time I would like to offer you a snack or a little side dish for a cream soup. Corn sticks made of 4 ingredients – yoghurt, corn flour, spelt flour and olive oil. I also added a pinch of salt. These are fun to make them together with your little one.

Brush the surface of the sticks with egg yolk before putting them  in the oven and in 15 min your yogurt sticks are ready:) My daughter ate few pieces before she would have started eating the soup 🙂

Notes

You can leave out the egg yolk. If you use oat flour instead of spelt flour, you can offer this snack to babies at the age of 9 months.
