Amazing indeed! The only shame is that I did not know about this e-book earlier (as it had not existed). This e-book is a great manual for parents who need some help when their kid starts eating. The combination of theoretical and practical part helps in breaking inner tention when parents hesitate which way to go, what/how/when to start cooking. Reading this really gives the feeling that you feed your baby healthy from the very beginning and that you can enjoy these “yummy” moments with your little one.

The e-book "How to Raise a Veggie lover" pleasantly surprised me. It is an excellent guide not only for the first time moms. If someone lacks knowledge of which food ingredients are appropriate for children of a certain age, this book will be the perfect guide and help you through the first months of introducing solids. Between the lines, we realize how much food children get on a plate, which is not good for them and how easy it is to change it. It expands our knowledge about the development of the digestive system of our loved ones and teaches us and our child to love a healthy diet enriched with a variety of vegetables and fruits. The book is written in a very nice way and will get us through practical weekly plans, shopping lists, tasty, simple recipes and, last but not least, you will find beautiful pictures from the home environment. I hope that the "story" of the book does not end here and its continuation will show us the right direction as for children even in that preschool age.

STARTING SOLIDS DIVIDED INTO 4 STAGES

Towards the conclusion of this eBook, you will discover a compilation of foods and food pairings that are unsuitable for infants and should be avoided when introducing solid foods. It is crucial to be mindful of certain products labeled as "baby products" that may not provide the optimal nourishment for our little ones.
